This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, as it is applied to this agreement entered into and performed within that state. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of Oregon. If any provision of this agreement is deemed voiced, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Gallagher's Rug & Carpet Care is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, our staff and equipment become underutilized when we don't have enough time to fill the appointment.
A notice of 48 hours for residential clients, and a notice of one week for commercial clients, is required prior to any scheduled appointment regarding changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. If prior notification is not given, client can be charged $150 for the missed appointment.
